I believe that 90% of there bad rep is from customers that there are too lazy to work out their glitches before they start screaming Z1 sucks. I'm not taking sides, but it's disturbing how many people just jump on TT.net dragging their name through the mud because they "paid for overnight delivery on Thursday evening and don't receive their goods till Tuesday" or "my buddy's buddy's brother's second cousin says they suck, so I guess that means they suck". True, I believe that they could work on a few things, but seeing post from people bitching about a vendor (over something simple that could have been dealt with and resolved over the phone) every stinkin' day. If Z1 was charging credit cards for crazy amounts and completely ignoring shipment on a regular basis, or building engines with stock internals while they say they are aftermarket, then yes, that would deserve a PSA.
